摘要
通过对十家企业的访谈调研,发现中国企业成长中存在一些健康问题,如有效的组织激励有待落实、组织内部协调沟通有待加强、组织内部合作有待促进、组织结构有待完善、组织效率有待提升、企业精神有待确立、组织作风有待改进、管理混乱问题有待克服。文章把健康的企业分为初级(基本)健康、中级健康和高级(非常)健康。对初级健康的关键要求是企业合法、盈利、存活;对中级健康的关键要求是在初级健康基础上,规范、有序、高效;对高级健康的关键要求是在中级健康基础上,企业要讲贡献、共享、承担社会责任。最终得出结论,企业要立足个体、组织和社会三个主体,从道德文化、规则纪律、制度法律三个方面推进,以促进组织健康。
In this paper,on the basis of surveying more than ten firms,some health problems of Chinese companies in the process of growing are pointed out,effective organization incentives to be implemented,organization coordination and communication to be strengthened,cooperation to be promoted,organization structure to be perfected,organization efficiency to be promoted,firm spirit to be shaped and implemented,organization style to be improved,and management confusion issues to be overcome.Chinese healthy firms can be divided into primary (basic health),intermediate (healthy) and advanced (very healthy).Key requirements of primary health are legal, profitable and viable.Key requirements of primary health,key requirements of intermediate health are standard,orderly and efficient.Besides,key requirements of intermediate health,key requirements of advanced health are contributive,shared and social responsibility. Three main bodies are individual,organization and the society,and organizational health of Chinese firms should be promoted from three aspects,morality and culture,rules and disciplines,systems and laws.
