制造业服务化可以使企业提高财务绩效、提升竞争优势和获取更高的客户满意度。但现阶段仍面临很多管理挑战,深入探讨其产生动因、理论机制、发展模式和路径以及影响十分必要。本研究通过回顾制造业服务化的相关文献,对制造业服务化的概念、动因、路径及影响结果等方面的研究成果进行了梳理,建立整合模型,最后总结了该领域的研究不足并展望了未来研究方向,为国内学者开展进一步研究提供参考,也为制造企业开展相关实践提供理论指导。

Service-oriented manufacturing industry can improve financial performance,enhance competitive advantage and gain higher customer satisfaction of enterprises.But now it still faces many challenges in management.In-depth research of the origin, theoretical mechanisms,development modes,pathways and the impact are necessary.An integrative model is established through reviewing the literature about service-oriented manufacturing industry,and concluding the motivation,progress and the results.Finally, the researching insufficiency in this field is summarized to guide the research direction,which provides reference for further research of domestic scholars and theoretical guidance for the practice of manufacturing enterprises in China.
