The impact of CEO's strategic decision-making speed and corporate governance performance process and results is a management subject that needs to be paid attention to and proved.The platform connection model is introduced to explore the effect,economic performance and measurement indexes of strategic decision-making process.It is found that the platform connection model has a positive impact on CEO's strategic decision-making speed.At the same time,taking transaction costs as the standard to measure corporate governance performance,platform mode and decision-making speed have positive effects on the decline of transaction costs and provide basis for the improvement of corporate governance performance.
