精准扶贫视角下产业扶贫问题研究

Research on Industrial Poverty Alleviation from the Perspective of Precision Poverty Alleviation

产业扶贫是精准扶贫工作中一种重要的扶贫模式,对脱贫工作的顺利进行以及贫困人口长久脱贫具有重要的意义。通过对河南省息县产业扶贫现状分析,找出在扶贫产业发展过程中存在的一系列问题,进而提出适合贫困地区产业发展的优化路径,为精准扶贫视角下同类贫困地区如何更好地发展扶贫产业提供理论与实践层面的参考。

Industrial poverty alleviation is an important mode of poverty alleviation in precision poverty alleviation,which is of great significance to the smooth progress of poverty alleviation and the long-term poverty alleviation of poor people.This paper analyzes the current situation of industrial poverty alleviation in Xixian of Henan Province,finds out a series of problems in the process of pro-poor industrial development,and then puts forward an optimal path for industrial development in poor areas.It provides theoretical and practical reference for the development of pro-poor industries in the same poor areas under the perspective of precise poverty alleviation.
