高职院校思政课实践教学劳动育人机制研究——以上海出版印刷高等专科学校为例

A Study on the Mechanism of Cultivating People by Labor Education in Practice Teaching of Ideological and Political Course in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Shanghai Publishing and Printing College as an Example

高职院校是国家培养高级技术技能人才,实现制造强国的重要依托。思政课实践教学作为思政课教学的空间拓展,将思政教育教学转移到社会实践领域,在"做中学,学中做",在知识传授、理论教育的同时,达成素质能力提升、价值认同和信仰坚定的效果。职业院校思政课实践教学应当结合院校职业特点,开展富有特色的实践育人探索,而劳动教育是其重要内容和抓手。

Higher vocational colleges are an important support for the country to cultivate high-level technical and skilled personnel and realize a strong manufacturing country. Practical teaching of ideological and political course, as a space expansion of ideological and political course teaching, transfers ideological and political education teaching to the field of social practice, and achieves the effect of improving quality and ability, value identification and firm belief through "learning by doing, learning while doing", imparting knowledge and theoretical education. Practical teaching of ideological and political courses in vocational colleges should be combined with vocational characteristics of colleges and universities, and carry out a unique exploration of practical education, and labor education is its important content and step. This paper mainly takes Shanghai Publishing and Printing College as an example to discuss the establishment and perfection of the cooperative education mechanism in the practical teaching of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges under the historical conditions of the new era, taking labor education as the main line.
