摘要
在微观视角下,组织效率取决于个体效率,因此,找到影响个体效率的因素,对解释组织效率低下的成因具有重要意义。借鉴心理学研究的基础,构建个体效率的意愿-能力模型,并利用模型将组织低效率情形进行分类,对现有理论研究进行梳理,力图为组织效率低下提供全方位解释。
In the micro perspective, organizational efficiency depends on individual efficiency, so finding the factors that affect individual efficiency is of great significance to explain the causes of low organizational efficiency. Based on the psychological research, this paper constructs a will-ability model of individual efficiency, and uses the model to classify the situation of organizational inefficiency, and sorts out the existing theoretical research, trying to provide a comprehensive explanation for organizational inefficiency.
