习近平青年观背景下的高校思想政治教育工作实施路径探究

Implementation path exploration of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the background of Xi Jinping’s concept of youth

习近平青年观是在中国特色社会主义进入新时代背景下,根据当代中国青年特点和时代特征总结出的最新的理论成果。主要分为青年价值观、青年教育观、青年实践观、青年培养观等。基于习近平青年观丰富的理论内涵,从高校思想政治教育工作的实际出发,围绕四个维度提出高校思想政治教育工作可操作实施路径,正确引导青年成长成才,实现人生价值。

Xi jinping's concept of youth is the latest theoretical achievement in the context of the new stage of socialism based on the factors of the times. It is mainly divided into the concept of youth values, the concept of youth education, the concept of youth practice and the concept of youth training. Based on the theoretical connotation of Xi jinping's concept of youth, this paper attempts to propose the operational implementation path of talent cultivation in terms of four dimensions from the practical work of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to correctly guide young people to grow into talents and realize the value of life.
