在国家宏观经济发展形势及高等教育教学理念趋势引导下,基于河北金融学院"四驱动态自由化"财经应用创新型人才培养模式的思考,对知识向能力进行高效转化提出具体的课程设计路径,缩短大学生由知识向能力转化的时间,使学生的技术技能能力和创新创业能力真正落地、提升,对学生的学习、创新、成长至关重要,增强其就业创业能力,全面提高服务区域经济社会发展和创新驱动发展的能力。

Under the guidance of the national macroeconomic development situation and the trend of high education teaching concepts, based on the thinking of Hebei Finance University "four-drive dynamic liberalized " financial application innovation talent training mode, presents the specific curriculum design path for the efficient transformation of knowledge to ability. The path shortens the time for college students to transform from knowledge to ability, so that the students' technical skills and innovation and entrepreneurial abilities can develop and improve, which is essential for students' learning, innovation and growth, enhance their employment and entrepreneurial ability, and comprehensively improve the ability of serving the development of regional economy and innovation to drive development.
