RV减速器摆线针轮传动部分啮合仿真分析 被引量:7

摘要 RV减速器传动特性主要受摆线针轮传动的影响。为了对摆线针轮传动特性进行分析,在考虑摆线轮接触变形和针齿弯曲变形的情况下,通过对摆线轮在公法线方向上的总变形量进行推导,结合初始间隙公式,画出变形量与初始间隙的分布曲线。采用ANSYS对RV减速器摆线针轮部分进行静力学仿真分析,得出了不同负载情况下同时参与啮合的轮齿数、摆线轮的接触应力变化、单个摆线轮齿的接触应力变化以及齿宽方向接触应力变化趋势,并应用MATLAB确定出不同负载下同时啮合齿数与最大接触载荷。该项研究为RV减速器后续啮合特性分析提供了参考。 The transmission characteristics of the RV reducer are mainly affected by the cycloidal pinion drive. In order to analyze the transmission characteristics of the cycloidal pin wheel. Considering the contact deformation of the cycloidal wheel and the bending deformation of the teeth. Derivation of the total deformation of the cycloidal wheel in the direction of the common normal. Combined initial gap formula. the distribution curve of the deformation amount and the initial gap was drawn. The static simulation analysis of the cycloidal needle part of the RV reducer was carried out by ANSYS. The number of teeth engaged in meshing and the contact stress variation of the cycloidal wheel under different load conditions were obtained. The tendency of the contact stress of a single cycloidal tooth and the contact stress of the tooth width direction were also gotten. Using MATLAB to determine the number of simultaneous meshing cycloidal teeth and maximum contact load under different loads. It provides a reference for the analysis of the subsequent meshing characteristics of the RV reducer.
