利多卡因凝胶在膀胱灌注化疗中的应用研究

APPLICATION OF LIDOCAINE GEL IN INTRAVESICAL CHEMOTHERAPY

目的探讨TURBT术后并发症的控制方法。方法收集行TURBT术且术后行膀胱药物灌注化疗的老年男性患者60例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组应用利多卡因凝胶作为注药尿管表面润滑剂,对照组以石蜡油为表面润滑剂,观察两组患者的一次性置管成功率及术后不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组在一次性置管成功率、药物保留时间及灌注化疗周期完成率均优于对照组(χ2=4.51~6.29,P<0.05),膀胱刺激症状发生率低于对照组(χ2=4.31,P=0.038)。结论应用利多卡因凝胶作为注药导管的表面润滑剂能够降低不良反应的发生。

Objective To investigate the control methods of postoperative complications of TURBT. Methods Sixty elderly male patients who underwent TURBT and received bladder drug infusion chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases each. The observation group was treated with lidocaine gel as the lubricant for the surface of the catheter, and the control group was treated with paraffin oil as the surface lubricant. The success rate of one-time catheterization and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were observed. Results In the observation group, the success rate of one-time catheterization, drug retention time and perfusion chemotherapy cycle were higher than the control group (χ 2=4.51~6.29, P <0.05), and the incidence of bladder irritation was lower than that of the control group (χ 2=4.31, P =0.038). Conclusion The use of lidocaine gel as a surface lubricant for injection catheters can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
