摘要
目的探讨控制肛肠科患者术后疼痛的方法。方法选择“品管圈”活动前的肛肠科手术患者52例作为对照组;活动后的手术患者59例作为观察组。两组术后均常规给予疼痛护理,观察组纳入品管圈管理。比较两组中重度疼痛发生率及疼痛控制满意度。结果观察组术后48、72h中重度疼痛发生率分别为30.5%、29.3%,对照组分别为51.9%、55.7%;两组比较均有统计学意义(χ2=4.41,7.20;P<0.05)。观察组疼痛控制满意度优于对照组(χ2=21.06,P<0.01)。结论“品管圈”用于肛肠科术后疼痛管理,可明显降低中重度疼痛的发生率,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To investigate the methods of controlling postoperative pain in anorectal patients. Methods 52 patients with anorectal surgery before the “Quality Control Circle” activity were selected as the control group;59 patients with postoperative activity were used as the observation group. Pain care was routinely given in both groups after surgery, and the observation group included the management of quality control circles. The incidence of severe pain and pain control satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of severe pain at 48 and 72 hours respectively was 30.5% and 29.3% in the observation group, and 51.9% and 55.7% in the control group. The results in two groups were statistically significant (χ 2=4.41, 7.20;P <0.05). The pain control satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group (χ 2=21.06, P <0.01). Conclusion The “Quality Control Circle” is used for pain management after anorectal surgery, which can significantly reduce the incidence of moderate to severe pain and improve the satisfaction of patients.
