全方位护理干预对血液透析中管路凝血和安全性的影响

THE EFFECT OF COMPREHENSIVE NURSING INTERVENTION ON BLOOD COAGULATION AND SAFETY IN HEMODIALYSIS

目的探讨防控血液透析中并发症的方法。方法选择120例行血液透析治疗患者,将其随机划分为两组。对照组患者采取常规护理干预手段,观察组患者采取全方位护理干预手段,观察比较两组管路凝血率及并发症发生率。结果观察组管路凝血率为1.67%(1/60),并发症发生率为5%(3/60);对照组依次为13.33%(8/60)、18.33%(11/60)。两组二者对比差异均有统计学意义(χ2=4.32,3.96;P<0.05)。结论在血液透析治疗中,开展全方位护理能有效增强治疗的连续性及患者的安全性。

Objective To explore a method for preventing and controlling complications in hemodialysis. Methods 120 patients who underwent hemodialysis were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention. The patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing interventions. The blood coagulation rate and complication rate of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The blood coagulation rate of the observation group was 1.67%(1/60), and the complication rate was 5%(3/60). In control group the results were 13.33%(8/60) and 18.33%(11/60). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ 2=4.32,3.96;P <0.05). Conclusion In hemodialysis treatment, comprehensive care can effectively enhance the continuity of treatment and patient safety.
