精神科护理相关事件风险评估对临床护理效果的影响

EFFECTS OF RISK ASSESSMENT OF PSYCHIATRIC NURSING RELATED EVENTS ON CLINICAL NURSING

目的探讨降低精神科护理相关事件的方法。方法选择296例精神科患者作为研究组,实行护理风险评估;另选同一科室实施护理风险评估之前的305例患者为对照组。比较两组护理事件发生率和护理满意度。结果研究组暴力攻击、擅自离院的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为96.28%,对照组为90.49%,二者比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实行精神科护理相关事件风险评估对减少相关事件的发生有显著效果。

Objective To explore ways to reduce psychiatric care-related events. Methods A total of 296 psychiatric patients were selected as a study group to carry out nursing risk assessment. Another 305 patients before the implementation of nursing risk assessment in the same department were selected as the control group. The incidence of care events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of violent attacks and unauthorized hospitalization in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.28%, and that of the control group was 90.49%. The results from the two groups were statistically significant ( P <0.01). Conclusion n The implementation of risk assessment for psychiatric care-related events has a significant effect on reducing the incidence of related events.
