Orem自护模式对慢性心力衰竭患者自护能力及健康行为的影响

The Effect of Orem Self-ursing Model on Self-nursing Ability and Health Behaviors of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的:探讨Orem自护模式对慢性心力衰竭患者自护能力及健康行为的影响。方法:将2015年7月~2017年6月收治的98例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和观察组各49例;对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施Orem自我护理模式;比较两组自我护理能力(采用汉化修正版自我护理能力评估量表)及健康行为(采用HPLP-Ⅱ健康促进生活方式量表中文版)。结果:干预后,两组自我护理能力各维度得分及健康行为评分均明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:Orem自护模式能明显提高慢性心力衰竭患者自护能力,改善患者健康行为。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Orem self-nursing model on self-nursing ability and health behaviors of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 98 patients with chronic heart failure admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 49 cases each;The control group received routine nursing,and the the observation group was given Orem self-nursing model on the basis of the control group.Self-nursing ability(by localization revision self-nursing ability assessment scale)and health behavior(by the HPLP -Ⅱhealth promoting lifestyle scale in Chinese version)of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of self-nursing ability in all dimensions and health behavior scores of the two groups were significantly increased( P <0.01, P <0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group( P <0.01, P <0.05).Conclusion:Orem self-nursing model can significantly improve self-nursing ability of patients with chronic heart failure and improve their health behavior.
