基于团队建设的人文关怀对ICU重症患者治疗依从性及生存质量的影响

The Influence of Humanistic Care Based on Team Building on Treatment Compliance and Quality of Life of ICU Patients

目的:探讨基于团队建设的人文关怀对ICU重症患者治疗依从性及生存质量的影响。方法:选择2017年9月~2018年9月ICU收治的80例重症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行基于团队建设的人文关怀,比较两组治疗依从性、舒适度及生存质量。结果:护理后,观察组治疗依从性、舒适度评分、生存质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于团队建设的人文关怀可以有效提升ICU重症患者治疗依从性及舒适度,进而改善其生存质量,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the influence of humanistic care based on team building on treatment compliance and quality of life of ICU patients.Methods:According to random number table method,a total of 80 cases of severe patients admitted to ICU from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as research objects and were divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases each.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanistic care based on team building on the basis of the control group.Treatment compliance,comfort and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of treatment compliance,comfort and quality of life in the observation group were all significantly higher than those in the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care based on team building can effectively improve the treatment compliance and comfort of ICU patients,so as to improve their quality of life,which is worthy of promoting.
