人文关怀护理对高龄重症肺炎患者负性情绪、希望水平和生活质量的影响

The Effect of Humanistic Care on the Negative Emotion,Hope Level and Life Quality of Elderly Patients with Severe Pneumonia

目的:探讨人文关怀护理对高龄重症肺炎患者负性情绪、希望水平和生活质量的影响。方法:选取收治的100例高龄重症肺炎患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组实施常规护理进行干预,观察组在常规护理基础上实施人文关怀护理进行干预,比较两组负性情绪[采用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]、希望水平[采用Herth希望量表(HHI)]及生活质量[采用健康调查简表(SF-36)]。结果:干预后,观察组HAMA、HAMD评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后SF-36中总体健康、生理职能、机体功能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均显著高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组同期(P<0.05);两组干预后HHI中积极态度、积极行动、亲密关系及总评分显著高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组同期(P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀护理可有效缓解高龄重症肺炎患者的负性情绪,提高希望水平和生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of humanistic care on the negative emotions,hope level and life quality of elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:According to random number table method,a total of 100 cases of elderly patients with severe pneumonia were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases each.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given humanistic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The negative emotions[by HAMA Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)],hope level[by Herth hope scale(HHI)] and quality of life[by health survey summary form(SF-36)] were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P <0.05);After intervention,the scores of overall health,physiological function,body function,physical pain,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health of SF-36 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention( P <0.05),and the observation group were higher than the control group during the same period( P <0.05);After intervention,positive attitude,positive action,intimate relationship and total score of HHI in the two groups were significantly higher than before( P <0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group at the same period( P <0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care can effectively relieve the negative emotions of the elderly patients with severe pneumonia,improve the level of hope and quality of life,which of worthy of clinical application.
