摘要 液晶面板LCD显示因技术成熟、性价比高目前仍占显示行业主导地位,Micro-LED由于其优秀显示特性已经成为目前技术的热点。对比研究了LCD和Micro-LED从LED芯片到面板的光学数据,并建立了两种显示的光学模型。光学模型计算的亮度和色坐标数据与产品实测值接近。由于没有CF膜、偏光片等耗损光能并吸收多变的器件存在,Micro-LED比LCD从光源入光到显示屏出光的色坐标改变幅度小很多,而且亮度能高10倍,色彩饱和度高。Micro-LED在颜色显示和亮度方面性能比LCD优异。 Due to mature technology, high cost-performance, Liquid crystal display is still the dominant position in the display industry. Micro-led has become a hot spot of current technology because of its excellent display characteristics. In this paper, the optical data of LCD and Micro-LED from LED light source to panel are studied, and the optical models of two kinds of display are established. The luminance and color coordinate data calculated by optical model are close to the measured values. Due to the absence of CF film and polarizing plates which consume light energy and absorb various elements, the color coordinate change of Micro-LED is much smaller than that of LCD from the light source into the display screen, and the brightness is 10 times higher and the color saturation is higher.
