摘要
本文以电力电子技术MOSFET工作原理为基础,运用有限元软件Fluent进行温度场数值模拟研究,探讨MOSFET作为电机驱动器逆变功率器件时产生的能量损耗的热传导过程,通过改变冷却水道的尺寸得出水道截面的高度和宽度对MOSFET温升的影响。研究表明:MOSFET管温度对水道截面的高度比较敏感,水道截面的宽度对MOSFET管的温度影响不大,水道截面积越小,压力损失越大。
This paper is based on the working principle of power electronics technology MOSFET,Using the finite element software Fluent to numerical simulation of temperature field.Discussing the heat conduction process of energy loss when MOSFET is used as inverter power device of motor driver.The influence of the height and width of the channel section on the temperature rise of MOSFET is obtained by changing the size of the cooling channel.Research shows,The temperature of MOSFET tube is sensitive to the height of channel section,the width of channel section has little effect on the temperature of MOSFET tube,the cooling channel is smaller and the pressure loss is the greater.
