摘要
为探究可燃粉尘燃烧危险性,分别对红木粉、烟丝粉、石松子粉以及稻壳粉的自燃温度和燃烧速率进行试验。结果表明:75μm筛下的四种粉尘自燃温度分别是231.0、219.7、222.3、228.1℃;采用固体点火方式,测得石松子粉火焰传播速率为1.74mm/s,其他三种粉尘点燃后两分钟内燃烧距离均未达到80mm,判定该四种粉尘均不属于易燃固体。通过研究自燃温度对燃烧速率的影响发现:燃烧过程中,四种粉尘自燃温度对燃烧速率不起主导作用,二者表现为弱依赖关系。
In order to explore the combustion hazard of combustible dust,the auto-ignition temperature and the burning rates of rosewood dust,tobacco dust,lycopodium dust and rice husk dust were studied. The results show that the auto-ignition temperature of the four types of dust under 75 μm were231.0,219.7,222.3 and228.1℃respectively. The solid ignition method is successfully applied to analysis of the flame propagation rate. The flame propagation rate of lycopodium dust was1.74mm/s,but the other three kinds of dust did not reach 80mm within two minutes after ignition. It is determined that all four types of dust were not flammable solids.By studying the effect of auto-ignition temperature on the burning rate,it is found that during the combustion process,four kinds of dust auto-ignition temperature do not play a leading role in the burning rate,and the both show a weak dependence.
