地毯印花废水处理工程设计与运行

摘要 采用混凝沉淀法-水解酸化法-生物接触氧化法-臭氧氧化法组合工艺处理地毯印花废水,处理规模100m3/d,原水COD3000~3500mg/L、BOD51200~1500mg/L、NH3-N50~60mg/L、SS500~800mg/L、色度1000~1200倍、苯胺类0.5~0.8mg/L,处理后出水水质满足《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287-2012)表2规定的直接排放限值标准,即COD≤80mg/L、BOD5≤20mg/L、NH3-N≤10mg/L、SS≤50mg/L、色度≤50倍、苯胺类不得检出。该工艺运行费用低、管理简单方便、易于操作、无二次污染。 The combined process of coagulation sedimentation,hydrolysis acidification,bio-contact oxidation process,and ozonation was used to treat the wastewater from coating carpet with a treatment capacity of100 m3/d.The influent COD,BOD 5,NH3-N,SS,chroma and anilides are3000~3500 mg/L,1200~1500 mg/L,50~ 60 mg/L,500~800 mg/L,1000~1200 times and 0.5~0.8 mg/L.After treatment,the effluent quality meet and Tab.2 in the Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry (GB4287-2012),such as COD≤80 mg/L、BOD 5≤20mg/L、NH3-N≤10 mg/L、SS≤50 mg/L、chroma≤50 mg/L and anilides ≤0 mg/L. The combined process has low operation cost,simple and convenient management,facile operation and no secondary pollution.
