催化还原法去除废水中的硝酸盐

摘要 废水中硝酸盐的含量逐年增加,氮元素含量远远超过了国家排放标准,硝酸盐氮含量超标会造成很大危害,为了减少废水中硝酸盐含量,利用酸性条件下稀硫酸和铝粉产生的氢气作为还原剂脱除硝酸根。探究在硝酸盐脱除过程中,不同pH值,不同氢气产生量条件下,硝酸盐氮脱除的效果。结果表明,在pH值=1的条件下氢气能有效还原硝酸盐氮,最大脱除率为94.5%。 the nitrate content in wastewater increases year by year,the nitrogen content far exceeds the national wastewater discharge standard,the nitrate nitrogen content exceeding the standard will cause great harm to the society. In order to reduce the nitrate content in wastewater,hydrogen produced by dilute sulfuric acid and aluminum powder under acidic conditions was used as reducing agent to remove nitrate. In the process of nitrate removal,the effect of nitrate nitrogen removal under different conditions of pH,and hydrogen production was investigated. The results showed that under the condition of pH=1 hydrogen reduction of nitrate nitrogen effectively,maximum removal rate is 94.5%.
