Offshore oil is a new growth point for China's energy supply.Offshore oil is a high-risk,high-tech,high-input industry.How to effectively implement the development and management of offshore oil and gas fields and improve economic efficiency is an important issue for offshore oil companies.The analysis of offshore oil and gas field development projects has the following status of investment control,and based on actual work practices combined with management theory,proposes reasonable investment control measures.
