骨碎补总多酚和总黄酮的体外抗氧化活性研究 被引量:4

Study on Antioxidant Activity in Vitro of Total Polyphenol and Total Flavonoids from Rhizoma drynaria

摘要 通过对总抗氧化能力、1,1-二苯-2-苦基肼自由基(DPPH·)清除率测定,对骨碎补总多酚和总黄酮的体外抗氧化活性进行了研究.结果显示骨碎补总多酚的总抗氧化活性和DPPH·清除率均高于特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ),且骨碎补总多酚DPPH·半数抑制浓度(EC50=0.011mg/mL)优于TBHQ(EC50=0.199 mg/mL);骨碎补总黄酮的总抗氧化活性和DPPH·清除能力均略低于特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ),但是骨碎补总黄酮DPPH·清除能力远高于其他常见中草药.因此认为骨碎补总多酚和总黄酮是天然的抗氧化活性剂和自由基清除剂. The antioxidant activity in vitro of total polyphenol and total flavonoids from Rhizoma drynaria were studied by the determination of total polyphenol activity and DPPH free radical scavenging activity. The results showed that the total antioxidant activity of total polyphenol in Rhizoma drynaria was higher than that tertiary butylhydroquinone (TBHQ). Moreover, the EC50 value (EC50 = 0. 011 mg/ mL) of DPPH· scavenging rate from Rhizoma drynaria was superior to the EC50 value (EC50 =0. 199 mg/mL) of TBHQ. The total antioxidant activity and DPPH · scavenging ability of total flavonoids from Rhizoma drynaria were slightly lower than TBHQ, but DPPH · scavenging ability of total flavonoids from Rhizoma drynaria was much higher than that of other Chinese medicinal herbs. Then we think the total polyphenols and total flavonoids of Rhizoma drynaria are natural antioxidant active agent and free radical scavenger.
