摘要
虚拟学习团队是现代管理中一个研究的热点。虚拟学习团队并不以任何实体的表现形式存在,而是为实现某一具体目标,通过网络信息技术,跨越空间、时间和组织界限障碍,将不同地域、具有不同知识和专长的人聚集到一起、相互协同工作的一个组织分散的群体。本文从研究生虚拟学习团队绩效的内涵、指标特征和作用、影响虚拟学习团队的因素,分析了影响虚拟团队综合绩效的关键因素,给出了提高虚拟学习团队绩效的相关对策。
The virtual learning team is one of the research focuses in modern management. It is not a specific organization, but a collaborative group organized by the people from different regions with different expertise. In order to realize a given task, the members of the virtual learning team can join with one another through network information technology, stepping over the obstacles caused by time, space and profession. Based on the investigation of the performance connotation, the index properties and functions, the factors to affect postgraduate virtual learning team, this paper not only analyzes the key factors which affects comprehensive learning performance, but also advances some strategies for the improvement of learning performance.
