Human diseases are closely related to the abnormal regulation of long-chain non-coding RNA (LncRNA). In recent years, many LncRNA-human disease association databases have emerged, which have greatly facilitated the recognition of LncRNA regulation of human disease. This article reviews a number of mainstream LncRNA regulatory human disease association databases and provides a reference for further research in this field.
