奥深联合左西替利嗪治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Oshen Combined with Levocetirizine in the Treatment of Chronic Eczema

目的探究奥深联合左西替利嗪治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法选取2017年4月~2018年1月我院收治的慢性湿疹患者86例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组给予口服左西替利嗪外涂尤卓尔治疗,观察组给予口服左西替利嗪外涂奥深治疗,对比两组治疗后的皮损面积及严重程度(EASL)总积分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组EASI积分低于对照组[(9.66±1.34)分vs(15.31±3.42)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.02%,高于对照组的74.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥深联合左西替利嗪在慢性湿疹的治疗中疗效显著,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Oshen combined with levocetirizine in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods 86 patients with chronic eczema admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 43 cases each. The control group was treated with oral levocetirizine orally, and the observation group was treated with oral levocetirizine. The total score and clinical outcome of the skin lesions and severity (EASL) after treatment were compared.Results After treatment, the EASI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group [(9.66±1.34) points vs(15.31±3.42 points],the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%, which was higher than that of the control group 74.42%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Oshen combined with levocetirizine is effective in the treatment of chronic eczema and has high clinical value.
