摘要
网络软暴力是软暴力的网络化表现形式。网络软暴力犯罪是以网络软暴力手段所实施的犯罪行为,通常以雇佣“网络水军”的方式非法操纵、控制网络言论,来威胁、滋扰被害者,从而强迫被害者屈服,严重地破坏了网络空间秩序和社会治安。打击网络软暴力犯罪,要利用网络预警技术主动发现可疑线索,及时干预;坚持线上与线下相结合,全面获取犯罪证据,彻底摧毁犯罪组织;还要完善相应的网络监管制度,净化网络环境。
Network soft violence is a networked manifestation of soft violence.Network soft violent crimes are crimes committed by online soft violence.They usually illegally manipulate and control online speech in the way of hiring“network water army”,threatening and nuisance victims and forcing them to yield,seriously undermining the cyberspace order and social order.To control network soft violent crimes,we must use network early warning technology to actively discover suspicious clues and intervene in time;adhere to the combination of online and offline,comprehensively obtain evidence of crimes,completely destroy criminal organizations;and improve the corresponding network supervision system to purify the network environment.
