摘要
以4,4’-亚甲基-双(2-氯苯胺)(MOCA)和二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺(BDM)为原料,通过Michael加成制得环氧树脂(E-44)固化剂BDM-MOCA,探讨了BDM-MOCA对BDM-MOCA/MOCA/E-44固化体系力学性能、热稳定性、动态热力学性能以及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,固化体系的力学性能随BDM-MOCA量的增加先增加后减小;体系起始分解温度和T5%分解温度随BDM-MOCA用量的增加均有所下降;玻璃态的贮能模量随BDM-MOCA用量增加逐渐增大,同时,玻璃化转变温度(T_g)则逐渐减小;阻燃性能随BDM-MOCA用量增加而提高。
In this paper,4,4’-methine-bis(2-chloroaniline)(MOCA)and diphenylmethane bismaleimide(BDM) were used as raw materials to prepare epoxy resin curing agent BDM-MOCA according to the Michael addition reaction.The effects of BDM-MOCA on the mechanical properties, thermal stability, dynamic thermodynamic properties and flame retardancy of BDM-MOCA/MOCA/E-44 curing system were investigated.The result showed that with the increase of the dosage of modified curing agents, the flexural strength increased first and then decreased, the impact strength and shear strength also have the same trend;with the increase of the dosage of BDM-MOCA, the initial decomposition temperature and T5% decomposition temperature of the curing system were decreased;the storage modulus improved with the increase of the dosage of modified curing agent in the glass state and Tg decreased;with the increase of the dosage of BDM-MOCA, the flame retardancy of the curing system was enhanced.
