摘要
碳纳米管(CNTs)因其独特的结构和优异的性能,受到广泛的关注。聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)是一种半结晶聚合物,并具有热稳定性、高韧性、强抗冲击强度等优异性能,被广泛应用于汽车、包装等领域。但是,PVDF也存在机械性能差、亲水性低等缺点,使用前往往需要对其进行改性。在PVDF中添加CNTs可以显著改善聚合物基复合材料的性能。因此,本文重点综述了CNTs改性PVDF复合材料的研究进展,包括结晶行为、力学性能、电学性能、导热性能以及其他性能,并对CNTs改性PVDF复合材料的未来发展做出展望。
Carbon nanotubes(CNTs) have received wide attention due to their unique structure and excellent performance.PVDF is a semi-crystalline polymer with excellent properties such as thermal stability,high toughness,and strong impact resistance.It is widely used in automotive and packaging fields.However,PVDF also has the disadvantages of poor mechanical performance and low hydrophilicity,and it often needs to be modified before use.Adding CNTs to PVDF can significantly improve the performance of polymer matrix composites.Therefore,this paper mainly reviews the research progress of CNT modified PVDF composites,including crystallization behavior,mechanical properties,electrical properties,thermal conductivity and other properties,and makes prospects for the future development of CNT modified PVDF composites.
