摘要
对TDI三聚体合成工艺进行了系统研究并优化了反应工艺条件。结果表明,当叔胺类催化剂(C-11)用量为0.3%(相当于TDI质量而言)、反应温度为60℃以及采用浓度梯度聚合法制备TDI三聚体时,其-NCO%含量与反应时间均达到相对最佳,且聚合产品有良好的稳定性(可贮存180d以上)。以此组分复配制得的PVC涂层剂,其剥离强度达到2.8kN/m,相比改性前产品,粘接强度提高了5%。
The synthesis of TDI trimer was systematically explored and the process conditions were optimized.From the experiments, it shows that the polymerization was conducted at 60 ℃ by concentration gradient method with C-11 as catalyst(0.3%wt),the NCO% value(target)and reaction time are best matched, and the product has an excellent stability(it can be stored for more than 6 months).Furthermore, the peeling strength of the PVC coating agent, formulated with TDI trimer synthesized above was up to 2.8 kN/m, which was 5% higher than that of the product before modification.
