摘要
选用不同种类环氧树脂增韧剂对结构胶耐高低温性能进行研究,测试了结构胶在25℃与80℃下的的剪切强度;测试了-40℃与25℃下的T-剥离强度、冲击剥离强度。结果表明:添加一定量的橡胶增韧剂后,结构胶的常温剪切强度和韧性均有很大程度的提高;添加低丙烯氰含量的CTBN、核壳结构的增韧剂对结构胶低温冲击剥离强度有好处;CTBN与核壳结构增韧剂相比,核壳结构增韧剂对高温强度的影响较小。
The high and low temperature resistance property of structural adhesive was studied by using different kinds of epoxy resin toughening agents,The shear strength of structural adhesive at 25℃ and 80℃ were characterized;The T-peel strength, impact peel strength of structural adhesive at 25℃ and -40℃ were characterized.The results show that: after adding a certain amount of rubber toughening agent, the shear strength and toughness of the structure adhesive at room temperature were greatly improved. The addition of CTBN with low acrylonitrile content and the toughening agent of core-shell structure adhesive were beneficial to the low temperature impact peeling strength of the structure adhesive. Compared with core-shell structure toughening agent, the influence of core-shell structure toughening agent on high temperature strength is small.
