摘要
采用液体双酚A型环氧树脂、季戊四醇四-3-巯基丙酸酯、咪唑类固化剂、碳酸钙、KH-560、气相二氧化硅、稳定剂等为原料,制备了一种中温快速固化的环氧胶粘剂,并研究了季戊四醇四-3-巯基丙酸酯、咪唑类促进剂、碳酸钙等填料对环氧胶粘剂表干和粘接等性能的影响。结果表明:当双酚A型环氧树脂、季戊四醇四-3-巯基丙酸酯、咪唑类固化剂质量比为100:75:3,碳酸钙用量为40%,固化条件为80℃/30min时,可得到粘接强度为23MPa,稳定性和耐候性优异的高性能中温快速固化环氧胶粘剂。
