基于化工中的经济管理问题

Economic Management in Chemical Industry

自从我国实行改革开放以来,各行业都得到了长足的发展。其中,作为基础性的能源行业,化工行业的发展会直接关系到整个社会高速发展的持续性和稳定性。因此受到了国家的高度重视与支持,再加上改革开放以及人口规模的红利,过去化工行业都是保持着惊人的发展速度。相应的化工企业也都采取粗犷、激进,以野蛮扩张为主的发展模式,不断扩大产业规模和投入规模。而随着高速发展了几十年,各方面红利已经所剩无几,再加上行业竞争激烈,企业想要保持较高速度的发展,势必要求改变经营管理模式。而在经营管理的改革中,经济管理关系到了企业资金周转及安全,是一个企业最为核心的生命线。因此,势必要对当前化工企业经济管理中的问题进行分析,并提出有效改进措施。本文针对化工企业的经济管理问题进行了分析与探讨,并给出了一些实际可行的改进建议。

Since the implementation of reform and opening up in China, various industries have made considerable progress. Among them,as a basic energy industry,the development of chemical industry will directly affect the sustainability and stability of the rapid development of the whole society. Therefore,it has been highly valued and supported by the state,coupled with the reform and opening up and the dividend of population size,the chemical industry in the past has maintained an alarming growth rate. Corresponding chemical enterprises also adopt a rough,radical and brutal expansion-oriented development model,constantly expanding the industrial scale and investment scale. With the rapid development of several decades,all aspects of the dividend has been left little,coupled with fierce competition in the industry,enterprises want to maintain a high speed of development,it is necessary to change the management model. In the reform of operation and management,economic management is related to the turnover and safety of enterprise funds,and is the lifeline of the core of an enterprise. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the current problems in the economic management of chemical enterprises and put forward effective improvement measures.In this paper,the economic management of chemical enterprises is analyzed and discussed,and some practical suggestions for improvement are given.
