The implementation of the Ten National Internet Strategy has realized the application of Internet in people’s life, learning and production. Under the background of the development of the new era, enterprises should also keep pace with the times in human resources management, actively combine with the characteristics of the development of the times to carry out changes, so as to make human resources management of enterprises more convenient, more efficient and more humanized under the concept of modern management, in order to better promote the development of enterprises. Starting from revealing the problems of human resource management in chemical enterprises, this paper discusses the positive role of Internet Ten in human resource management, and summarizes the new strategy of human resource management in chemical enterprises based on Internet Ten after further research.
