摘要
研究了由单一生产商和单一客户组成的两级供应链库存问题,分析了供应链联合决策下的客户库存订货行为,比较了三种不同的客户库存行为:缺货行为(r<λQ)、完全消耗行为(r=λQ)和部分消耗行为(r>λQ)。并为这三种客户库存行为分别建立了由客户库存成本和生产商库存成本构成的联合目标函数和联合决策优化方法,证明了联合目标函数在最优订货量和最优订货次数处都存在最小的供应链联合库存成本。另外从理论分析和数值分析角度分析了三种客户库存行为联合决策下最优解的差异。
This paper studies the inventory problem of a two-echelon supply chain composing of a single manufacturer and a single customer, analyzes the customer's stock ordering behavior under the joint supply chain decision-making, and compares three different such behaviors, namely out-of-stock behavior, complete consumption behavior, and partial consumption behavior. Next a joint objective function and a joint decision optimization method targeting at the inventory cost of the customer and the manufacturer are respectively established for the three customer behaviors, which prove that the joint objective function can achieve minimum joint inventory cost both when the ordering volume and quantity are optimal. In addition, the difference of the optimal solutions under the joint decision of three customer stock behaviors is analyzed both theoretically analysis and numerically.
