Optimal Allocation of Sorting Personnel in Transfer Center of Express Delivery Enterprise

以S快递企业济南中转中心为研究对象,调查与分析中转中心所存在的分拣人员配置不合理问题,建立数学模型对分拣人员配置进行重新优化,通过优化配置,使得中转中心能够以最少的分拣人员完成分拣任务,提高了中转中心的运行效率,减低了企业的运营成本。

Taking the Jinan transfer center of the express delivery enterprise S as the object, this paper investigates and analyzes the unreasonable allocation of the sorting personnel therein, establishes a mathematical model to re- optimize the allocation of the sorting personnel, through which the transfer center can complete the sorting task with the minimum personnel required, thus improving the operation efficiency of the transfer center and reducing the operation cost of the enterprise.
