城市商业街区的空间形态研究——以辽阳市西关商业街区为例

Research on Space Form of Urban Commercial Block——Taking Liaoyang Xiguan Commercial Block as an Example

文章以辽阳市西关商业街区为例,利用空间句法理论对辽阳市西关商业街区空间形态方面进行分析,通过轴线分析法与视域分析法对商业街区的外部与内部空间进行解读,分析其整合度、可理解度、协同度、深度值、视线聚集度等指标,并确定在空间上阻碍商业街区可持续发展的主要因素。依据所得出的结果,提出相关性的发展建议。

This text takes Liaoyang Xiguan Commercial Block as an example, makes use of space syntax theory to analyze space form of Liaoyang Xiguan Commercial Block, interprets external and internal space of commercial block with axis analysis method and horizontal analysis method, analyzes its indexes such as integration degree, intelligibility, synergy degree, depth and horizontal aggregation degree, determines main space factors hindering sustainable development of commercial block and gives suggestions to relevant development according to the results.
