广西园博园选址与城市规划耦合研究——以柳州、南宁、桂林为例

Research on Coupling of Site Selection of Guangxi Garden & Horticulture Expo and Urban Planning——Taking Liuzhou, Nanning and Guilin as an Example

“城市事件”的举办日益频繁,事件选址成为城市管理者落实城市规划目标的重要工具。从城市事件的角度,分析广西三座城市的园博会选址于城市规划的耦合关系,归纳各地选址模式的共同点和差异,并对其实施效果做出评价。文章指出“外围中心塑造型”是广西城市园博园选址的合理模式,有助于引导城市空间的合理扩展。但在日后的城市规划编制中为城市事件保留足够的弹性是必要的。

"Urban event" is held more frequently. The site selection of the event has become an important tool for urban administrator to carry out the target of urban planning. From the view of urban event, it analyzes the coupling relation between site selection of Guangxi Garden & Horticulture Expo and urban planning, concludes common points and differences of site selection mode in various places and makes appraisal to their implementation effect. This text points out "shaping of periphery center" is reasonable mode of site selection of Guangxi Garden & Horticulture Expo and helpful to guide reasonable extension of urban space. But it's necessary to reserve enough flexibility for urban event in the urban planning in the future.
