盐酸曲唑酮对帕金森病睡眠障碍患者疗效观察

Observation on the Rfficacy of Trazodone Hydrochloride in Patients with Sleep Disorder of Parkinson’s Disease

目的:观察盐酸曲唑酮对帕金森病睡眠障碍患者的疗效,并观察服药后对帕金森病患者运动症状和其他非运动症状的影响。方法:选取2016年2月至2018年12月福建省老年医院神经内科门诊和住院病房的帕金森病睡眠障碍患者92例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(盐酸曲唑酮组)和对照组(艾司唑仑组),每组46例。比较2组治疗前及治疗后的匹茨堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)、统一帕金森病评定UPDRS-Ⅲ评分量表,Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)、疲劳严重程度量表(FSS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HMDS)及晨僵频率。结果:经4周治疗后,2组的UPDRS-Ⅲ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.08,P=0.94)。观察组的PQSI评分、ESS评分、FSS评分及HMDS评分均低于对照组(t=4.91,13.15,10.03,5.28,P均=0.00);观察组的晨僵发生率低于对照组(χ^2=4.93,P=0.03)。结论:盐酸曲唑酮对帕金森病患者睡眠障碍的改善效果好,安全性较艾司唑仑更佳。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of trazodone hydrochloride in patients with sleep disorder of Parkinson′s disease,and to observe the influence of medication for exercise symptoms and other non-motor symptoms in patients with Parkinson′s disease.Methods:A Total of 92 patients with sleep disorder of Parkinson′s disease in Department of Neurology and Inpatient Ward of the Fujian Provincial Geriatric Hospital from February 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into treatment group(trazodone hydrochloride groups)46 cases and control group(estazolam group)46 cases according to the method of random number table.Then the Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI),Unified Parkinson′s Disease Assessment UPDRS-ⅢRating Scale,Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS),Fatigue Severity Scale(FSS),Hamilton Depression scale(HMDS)and morning stiffness frequency of two groups before and after the treatment were compared.Results:The UPDRS-Ⅲscores of two groups at 4 weeks after the treatment were compared,there was no significant difference(t=0.08 P=0.94).The PQSI score,ESS score,FSS score and HMDS score of treatment group were all lower than those of control group(t=4.91,13.15,10.03,5.28,P=0.00);the morning stiffness rate of of treatment group was lower than that of control group(χ^2=4.93,P=0.03).Conclusion:Trazodone hydrochloride has a better effect on the improvement of sleep disorders in patients with Parkinson′s disease,and its safety is better than that of estazolam.
