血府逐瘀丸治疗老年2型糖尿病伴失眠的临床疗效及其对认知功能的影响

Clinical Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Pill on Senile Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Insomnia and its Effect on Cognitive Function

目的:探讨老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)伴失眠患者采用血府逐瘀丸治疗的临床疗效及对认知功能的影响。方法:选取厦门市中医院收治的老年2型糖尿病伴失眠患者39例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(19例)与观察组(20例),对照组采用西药地西泮治疗,观察组给予中药血府逐瘀丸施治。治疗后,观察、比较2组治疗效果及认知功能的变化。结果:观察组总有效率(85.00%)较对照组(57.89%),明显高于后者(P<0.05);2组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分比较治疗前,均得到显著提升(P<0.05),组间比较:观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年2型糖尿病伴失眠患者采用血府逐瘀丸治疗,可显著降低其血糖水平,改善睡眠质量及认知功能。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and cognitive function of Xuefu Zhuyu Pill in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and insomnia.Methods:A Total of 39 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and insomnia were randomly divided into control group(19 cases)and observation group(20 cases).The control group was treated with diazepam,while the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu pill.After treatment,the therapeutic effect and cognitive function of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(85.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(57.89%)(P<0.05);the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the comparison between the two groups:the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Pill can significantly reduce blood sugar level,improve sleep quality and cognitive function in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and insomnia.
