舒适护理对食管癌患者术后睡眠质量影响的研究

Study on the Influence of Comfort Nursing on Sleep Quality in Postoperative Recovery of Patients with Esophageal Cancer

目的:探讨舒适护理对食管癌患者术后睡眠质量影响的研究。方法:选取2017年2月至2019年2月安徽医科大学第一附属医院胸外科收治的食管癌患者86例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组患者实施术后常规护理,观察组患者实施术后舒适护理,2组患者睡眠质量、焦虑及抑郁情绪进行评分比较。结果:护理后观察组患者焦虑及抑郁评分较对照组患者低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者睡眠质量评分为(6.58±3.46)分,明显低于对照组(12.54±3.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对食管癌患者,采用舒适护理效果显著,患者的睡眠质量得以明显改善,患者的焦虑及抑郁不良情绪得以缓解,有积极的推广价值。

Objective:To investigate the influence of comfort nursing on sleep quality in postoperative recovery of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:In 86 patients with esophageal cancer,clinic period for during February 2017 to February 2019,according to the average computer order divided into two groups,43 patients postoperative routine nursing of patients in polices according to the group,the other 43 cases implement comfortable nursing after surgery patients in observation group,the two groups of patients sleep quality and anxiety and depression scores.Results:After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep quality score of the observation group was(6.58±3.46),significantly lower than that of the control group(12.54±3.21),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with esophageal cancer,the use of comfort nursing effect is significant,patients′sleep quality can be significantly improved,patients′anxiety and depression can be alleviated,with positive promotion value.
