强化疼痛护理对于急诊创伤骨科患者疼痛程度以及睡眠质量的影响研究

Effect of Intensive Pain Nursing on Pain Degree and Sleep Quality of Orthopaedic Patients with Emergency Trauma

目的:此次研究分析在急诊创伤骨科患者护理中采用强化疼痛护理对患者疼痛程度以及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年5月山东省武城县人民医院收治的急诊创伤骨科患者100例作为研究对象,按照护理方式分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者采用强化疼痛护理模式,对照组患者采用常规护理模式,比较2组患者护理结果。结果:统计数据分析2组患者护理满意率、疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分,研究得知,观察组患者较优异,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过此次研究得知,在急诊创伤骨科患者护理中采用强化疼痛护理,能明显改善患者疼痛症状,还能提高患者睡眠质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of intensive pain nursing on patients′pain degree and sleep quality in case of emergency trauma orthopedics.Methods:In this study,a total of 100 patients were selected from the orthopedics department of emergency trauma in our hospital.The study time was between May 2018 and May 2019,and the nursing mode was used as the critieria for grouping.The patients in the experimental group were treated with intensive pain nursing mode.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing mode.The nursing results were compared based on statistics of the two groups.Results:Statistical data were used to analyze the nursing satisfaction rate,pain score and sleep quality score of the two groups.The results showed that the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.The comparison data between the two groups were marked with the statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive pain nursing can improve the patients′Conclusion:this study shows that intensive pain nursing can improve the the patients′pain symptoms and sleep quality.
