一对一优质护理对脊椎爆裂性骨折患者术后情绪与睡眠的影响研究

Study on the Influence of one to one High-quality Nursing for the Postoperative Emotion and Sleep of Patients with Burst Fracture of Spine

目的:探讨一对一优质护理对脊椎爆裂性骨折患者术后情绪与睡眠的影响。方法:选取2016年10月至2017年12月山西省晋城大医院收治的脊椎爆裂性骨折患者64例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各32例。对照组患者给予常规的临床护理干预措施,观察组患者给予一对一优质护理措施。比较2组护理前后的心理状态情况和睡眠质量情况。结果:干预前2组的PSQI总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后2组的PSQI总分均好于干预前(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者的PSQI总分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前2组患者的SAS和SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组患者的SAS和SDS评分均明显低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组的SAS和SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:一对一优质护理能够有效的改善脊椎爆裂性骨折患者术后情绪,提升患者的睡眠,是临床应用实践中的理想方案之一。

Objective:To investigate the influence of one to one high-quality nursing for the postoperative emotion and sleep of patients with burst fracture of spine.Methods:A total of 64 patients with burst fracture of spine in Jincheng General Hospital of Shanxi Province from October 2016 tp December 2017 were chosen as the study object,and they were divided into study group and control group with 32 cases in each group according to the method of random number table.The control group were with routine nursing intervention,the study group were with one to one high-quality nursing.Then the psychological state and sleep quality state of two groups before and after the nursing were compared.Results:The total PSQI score of two groups before the intervention were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the total PSQI score of two groups after the intervention were all better than those before the intervention(P<0.05);the total PSQI score of study group were obviously lower than those of control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05);the SAS and SDS score of two groups before the intervention were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the SAS and SDS score of two groups after the intervention were all lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05);the SAS and SDS score of study group were obviously lower than those of control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ne to one high-quality nursing can effectively improve the postoperative emotion and sleep of patients with burst fracture of spine,and it is one of the ideal solutions in clinical application practice.
