摘要
目的:探讨脑卒中后睡眠障碍(PSSD)患者早期血清5-HT、NE水平的变化及其临床意义。方法:选取2016年8月至2017年3月保定市第一中心医院神经内三科收治的PSSD患者50例(观察组)和健康体检者50例(对照组)作为研究对象,应用ELISA法检测2组血清5-HT、NE含量,分析其变化趋势与病情严重程度的关系。结果:PSSD患者早期血清5-HT、NE水平明显低于正常对照组,中重度PSSD患者血清5-HT、NE水平明显低于轻度PSSD患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PSSD患者的血清5-HT、NE水平变化可反映病情严重程度,对临床上PSSD病情的评估及治疗具有重要意义。
Objective:To explore The change and clinical significance of serum 5-HT and NE in patients with PSSD.Methods:A total of 50 patients with PSSD(the observation group)and 50 healthy controls(the control group)were enrolled in this stody.Serum Samples were collected the seventh day post stroke.Serum 5-HT and NE were estimated using ELISA to analyze the change trend of them together.Results:Serum levels of 5-HT and NE in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the mild PSSD patients,the patients with moderate or severe PSSD had a significantly lower level of 5-HT and NE(P<0.05).Conclusion:Determination of serum 5-HT and NE in PSSD during early period may be useful to evaluate pathogenic condition and treatment.
