摘要
水下航行器的应急安全装置是保证在紧急情况下使损失最小化的设备。研究自动、快速响应的应急安全装置。基于应急安全装置的性能要求,分析挠性接管、气动应急安全装置,提出了机械设计方案:基于气动系统,在海水感应装置中采用水敏原件,增加挠性接管破损后海水的自动、快速感知传感设备;借助海水水压作用,辅助端面密封,提高密封效果。提出密封垫设计的优化技术:既要将接触应力增大处的形变控制在最大压缩量范围内,使得塑性形变不致发生,也要将接触应力减小处的接触应力保持在所要求的最低接触应力之上。为挠性接管在大口径、高压通海管路中的安全应用提供了一种崭新思路。
The emergency safety device of the underwater vehicle is a device that ensures the minimization of loss in emergencies.Automatic,rapid response emergency safety device is studied.Based on the performance requirements of the emergency safety device,the flexible pipe and pneumatic emergency safety device is analyzed,and the mechanical design scheme is put forward:based on the pneumatic system,the seawater sensing component is used in the seawater induction device,as to set up an automatic and rapid seawater sensing device for the case when the flexible pipe is damaged;with the help of seawater pressure,the mechanical seal is assisted,as to improve the sealing effect.Technologies of optimizing the design of gasket are put forward:the deformation at the increase of contact stress should be controlled within the maximum compression range,so that plastic deformation cannot occur;the contact stress at the decrease of contact stress should be kept above the required minimum contact stress.Provided is an innovative idea for the safety application of flexible pipes in the large caliber and high pressure marine pipelines.
