紫陶企业质量管理体系的构建与有效运行——以建水紫陶企业为视角

Construction and Effective Operation of Quality Management System for Purple Pottery Enterprises:A Perspective on Jianshui Purple Pottery Enterprises

ISO9000质量管理体系是社会公认的、行之有效的、衡量企业管理水平的“尺子”。符合标准的、有效运行的管理体系将有助于提高紫陶企业的综合竞争力,向管理要效益,促进紫陶企业高质量发展。依据ISO9000质量管理体系,结合云南省建水县紫陶企业实际,从质量方针、质量目标、质量策划、质量控制、质量保证和质量改进六方面,提出构建紫陶企业质量管理体系的关键要点。聚焦于质量管理体系的有效运行,提出四点对策建议:重视过程方法管理,重视质量文件的指引作用,重视内审和管理评审工作,重视技能培训和质量意识培训工作。

ISO9000 quality management system is a socially recognized and effective“ruler”to measure the management level of enterprises.Standardized and effective operated management system can help to improve the comprehensive competitiveness,benefit from the management and promote the high-quality development for purple pottery enterprises.According to the ISO9000 quality management system and the actual situation of purple pottery enterprises in Jianshui County,Yunnan Province,the key points of constructing the quality management system of purple pottery enterprises are put forward from six aspects:quality policy,quality objectives,quality planning,quality control,quality assurance and quality improvement.Focusing on the effective operation of quality management system,four countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:attaching importance to the process method management,the guiding role of quality documents,the internal audit and management review,the skill training and quality awareness training.
