沥青路面检查井周边病害的微波加热修复技术 被引量:4

摘要 基于对人工冷开挖、红外线加热等沥青路面检查井周边病害修复方法弊端的分析,提出了一种微波加热修复技术。将微波路面加热器和专用容器结合,在加热检查井周边沥青混凝土的同时,还可以获得沥青老化程度小、路用性能好的高质量填补用热沥青混合料;采用“热料热坑”填补,可有效避免“弱接缝”和“弱接面”缺陷;未被污染的旧料可以与新热料翻匀重复利用,既可节约资源,又能减少污染。微波加热修复技术已申请专利,是一种安全快捷、省时省力、节约环保的沥青路面检查井周边病害修复的原创性技术。 Based on the defect analysis on the repairing methods such as artificial cold excavation and infrared heating for the diseases around the inspection well of asphalt pavement,a microwave heat repairing technology is proposed.Combining microwave pavement heater with a special container,hot asphalt mixture with small aging degree and good pavement performance can be obtained while heating the asphalt concrete around the inspection well;by using a filling method called“hot-material hot-pit”,defects including“weak joint seam”and“weak joint surface”can be effectively avoided;unpolluted old material can be rolled over and reused with new hot material,which not only acts on resource conservation but also acts on pollution reduction.Microwave heat repairing technology has been applied for a patent,and it is an original technology with advantages including safe,fast,time saving,labor saving and environmental friendly for repairing the diseases around inspection well of asphalt pavement.
