Modeling and Application of Lubricating Oil Supply System for Aeroengines

摘要 针对航空发动机滑油供油系统压力和流量等参数测量困难的问题,开展建模及应用研究。采用一维流体仿真软件FlowMaster,建立某型航空发动机滑油供油系统仿真模型,并将试验数据与仿真结果进行对比,相对误差保持在10%以内,满足工程精度要求。利用仿真模型对滑油温度、供油流量对供油压力的影响进行分析,表明供油压力随滑油温度的升高而降低,随供油流量的增大而增大。为指导航空发动机滑油供油系统设计、优化、排故提供了重要的分析手段。 Aiming at the difficulty of measuring parameters such as pressure and flow in aeroengine lubricating oil supply system,modeling and application research are carried out.FlowMaster,a onedimensional fluid simulation software,is used to establish a simulation model of an aeroengine lubricating oil supply system.The experimental data are compared with the simulation results,and the relative error is kept within 10%,which meets the engineering accuracy requirements.The simulation model is used to analyze the influence of lubricating oil temperature and oil supply flow rate on the oil supply pressure.It shows that the oil supply pressure decreases with the increase of lubricating oil temperature and increases with the increase of oil supply flow rate.Provided is an important analysis means for guiding the design,optimization and troubleshooting of aeroengine lubricating oil supply system.
