摘要
本文阐述了连铸重压下新技术,对宝钢三号厚板坯连铸机进行了重压下相关试验研究,论述了重压下试验的背景,从工艺和设备两方面对重压下试验进行介绍,并详尽论述了试验过程,本文采用单点压下方式,将重压下扇形段安装于第二个水平段,根据计算的重压下力能参数,对扇形段基础框架强度和驱动拉坯力进行校核,试验结果证明重压下可改善铸坯的中心疏松与缩孔的质量缺陷,明显提高铸坯质量。本文为提高铸坯质量提供参考。
This paper introduces the new technology of heavy reduction in continuous casting, and takes an experimental study on heavy reduction of No.3 thick slab continuous caster in Baosteel. It discusses the background of the test, introduces the process and equipment of heavy reduction study and the test process in detail. In this paper, the heavy reduction segment, which uses the single point press-down method, is installed in the second horizontal segment. According to the calculated heavy pressure force, the strength of foundation frame and driving force are checked. The study results show that the quality defects of center porosity and shrinkage can be improved under heavy reduction and the quality of casting slab are improved obviously. This paper provides reference for improving the quality of casting slab.
