酸轧机组入口横剪设备框架开裂原因分析及改进

摘要 本论文主要解决某酸轧机组入口横剪框架开裂问题。简要介绍了某钢厂酸轧机组入口横剪的基本结构和功能,通过对开裂的框架受力计算及有限元分析,判定横剪框架开裂的原因是由于原设计存在缺陷,导致剪切过程中受冲击和疲劳影响,造成横剪牌坊主体开裂。生产现场虽采取焊接等补救处理,但无法消除应力,致使机架设备再次出现变形及开裂,剪刃的侧间隙无法调整和测量。受牌坊变形影响,下通道横剪换刀系统已经无法使用,改造前只能人工借助行车进行刀片的更换及翻面工作。针对以上问题,本文采用一套全新结构的横剪,通过一段时间的生产跟踪,新的横剪结构稳定,大大提高了酸轧机组入口横剪的稳定性和可靠性。 This paper mainly solves the cracking problem at the entrance shear frame of an acid rolling mill. The basic structure and function at the entrance cross shear of the acid rolling mill in a steel plant is introduced in this paper. Through the stress calculation and finite element analysis of the cracked frame, it is determined that the reason for the cracking of the cross shear frame is the defect of the original design, which causes the main body of the cross shear archway crack due to the impact and fatigue during shearing process. Although remedial treatment such as welding is adopted in the production site, the stress can not be eliminated, resulting in deformation and cracking of the frame equipment again, and the side clearance of the cutting edge can not be adjusted and measured. Influenced by archway deformation, the lower passage shear tool change system still be unable to use, before the transformation, only manual use of driving to replace the blade and turn over the work. To solve the above problems, the improvement measures adopted include replacing the transverse shear of a new set of structure, through a period of production tracking, the new cross shear structure is stable, which improves the stability and reliability of the entrance shear of the acid rolling mill greatly.
